Episode 037: Mindful of Self-Care During Challenge and Trauma (Part 3)

Today’s podcast examines consequences and self-care ideas for use during times of stress, trauma and transition.  Begin brainstorming your unique self-care strategy and more specifically, hear how several women’s emotions (negative and positive) were helpful for them and used for good.

“Self-care is never a selfish act.  It is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer others.  Anytime we can listen to our true self and give the care it requires, we do it not only for ourselves, but for the many others whose lives we touch.”   ~Parker Palmer

Show Notes:

You are responsible for creating a life that harmonizes to the unique individual you are now today AND to the situation in which you find yourself right here, right now.
